A popular service we offer is a 'fresh eyes consultation'. Sometime known as a pre sales consult. This is something which can be a great help before you put your property on the market. What is a fresh eyes consult? A fresh eyes consult is in the name, a service where we, Peak Interiors, are engaged by the vendor or Real Estate Agent to view the subject property to get our professional opinion on how we feel the pretty can be enhanced or set up to help with the marketing and presentation of the property. Often properties can get cluttered or too personalized which can often be a negative when it comes to marketing the property. A fresh eysyes consult includes Peak Interiors taking photos and making notes on the various rooms, which is then put into a document and presented to the vendor and agent. |
